Many of you certainly not only create\u00a0the presentation, as well as present them to your\u00a0colleagues or other training\u00a0participants. To give you a better overview of the entire slideshow, easy to orient in your\u00a0notes while switching the screening windows could disturb the audience, use a special tool for presenters\u00a0called Presenter view\u00a0that\u00a0is integrated directly within PowerPoint. In this article you will read what are\u00a0its\u00a0capabilities and how to activate it. Activating presenter view<\/h2>\n

Presenter view\u00a0is activated by checking it on the Slideshow tab\u00a0> Use Presenter View<\/strong>. In version 2013 can test\u00a0this mode by\u00a0key combination Alt + F5<\/strong>, even if you are not connected to a projector.<\/p>\n

After connecting a projector or television it should be turned on in the settings of the Windows to\u00a0broadcast on two outputs, ie. Extended<\/strong> mode. Switching signal is activated by holding down \u229e Win + P, then you just start slideshow by F5 from the first slide.<\/p>\n

The biggest advantage of the Presenter view\u00a0is that the trainer\u00a0sees on his screen a lot more information<\/strong> and tools than other students. They can see on the projector only the currently displayed slide.<\/p>\n

Options to use<\/h2>\n

The figures below show the different possibilities of Presenter view. The first one contains references to individual points.<\/p>\n

  1. During the screening it can show the main menu bar and Start menu for trainer.<\/li>\n
  2. Calculates the running time of presentation, can be suspended or reset again. The right side of the line we see the current time on the computer. We can check\u00a0 how long the presentation takes, and then customize the coffee\u00a0breaks and speed of interpretation.<\/li>\n
  3. The actual\u00a0slide\u00a0projected\u00a0to\u00a0audience has its own context menu by right mouse button. The classic menu is also available outside the mode\u00a0for the presenter.<\/li>\n
  4. From the left are the keys to activate the laser pointer and draw directly on the slide; switch to the slide list; zooming\u00a0of the slide; switching to a black screen during breaks; other options.<\/li>\n
