In Outlook, there\u00a0is a tool called\u00a0<strong>Out of Office Assistant<\/strong>. It allows you to activate an automatic response to a received messages, especially for corporate colleagues and outside the company for the sender. Then there is the choice of the exact range of dates between which it is using this\u00a0function. Read this manual to learn how\u00a0you can\u00a0find\u00a0this tool in Outlook.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starting the automatic response is only possible for the email account on a <em>Microsoft Exchange server<\/em>.
