On this training, students will learn techniques for practical use of Microsoft Access and control of database objects, including theoretical introduction to the world of databases. A list of topics is provided below. Topics are presented by the trainer, then he answers any questions from the audience about the topic and then students do exercises on their computer to use their new knowledge.   • create and save the form
  • modify the form in the required format
  • add to form controls like text box, label, list, button and more.
  • link form to a table or query
  • connect two forms
  • add a chart to the form
  • calculate subtotals on the form

Reports:

  • create and save report
  • adjust the report into the desired design
  • set of calculations and summaries
  • link the report to a table or query (with parameter)
  • link the report and form using the action button
  • print report
  • export report

    Dobrý den pane Vadlejch,

    hledám učitele pro Office Access, kde jsem uplný začátečník. Myslím, že 6 vyučujících hodin maximálně by mělo stačit minimálně pro pochopení tvorby databazí.
    Ráda bych platila vždy v hotovosti po každé hodině.
    Prosím dejte mi vědět v případě, že máte zájem mě učit a za jakou cenu.

    Dobry den Muzete mi jen poradit s jednou veci. Pouzivam ucetko pohoda do nej presouvam data prez Access ale jinak pracuju s daty v excelu. Ted mam data popisek ke zbozi v Accessu a nejde mi to previst do excelu potrebuju neco pripsat hromadne pred kazdy text a pak zase prevest do Accessu a nahrat do pohody. Pri prevodu z Accessu do excelu mi to ten popisek znacne skrati. Jsem uz bezradnej. Muzete mi poradit.
